Sign in to your dashboard and open System settings for account controls. For urgent POS issues during business hours, email support@tecunitgh.com with your business name and register location in the subject line.

How do I connect my WooCommerce store?+

Go to Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce in your dashboard. You'll need your WordPress store URL and API credentials. Our team can assist if sync logs show repeated failures.

Do you offer onboarding or setup calls?+

Yes. Email us with your store size, sales channels (in-store, online, both), and whether you use WooCommerce. We'll recommend a setup path or schedule a demo.

What should I include in a support email?+

Your business name, account email, a short description of the issue, screenshots if applicable, and the page or feature affected (e.g. POS, Reports, WooCommerce sync).
