Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StokUp platform, including our website, dashboard, POS register, mobile scanner, storefront, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use StokUp. If you register on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. The service
StokUp provides cloud-based point-of-sale, inventory management, order processing, reporting, WooCommerce integration, and related business tools. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and enabled modules.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Beta or preview features may be offered as-is without warranty.
3. Accounts & responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, cashier PINs, and API keys. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate business information and keep your account details up to date.
- Do not share admin credentials with unauthorized persons
- Assign roles and permissions appropriate to each team member
- Ensure register sessions are closed properly at end of day
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you select (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled.
Fees are quoted in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction. Refund eligibility is described on our pricing page and in your checkout confirmation.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of business data you upload or generate in the Service, including products, customers, orders, and reports. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service.
Our Privacy Policy and Data Security page describe how we handle personal and business information.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:
- Violating applicable laws or third-party rights
- Attempting to bypass security, access other tenants' data, or probe systems
- Uploading malware, spam, or fraudulent content
- Reselling or sublicensing the Service without written consent
- Using SMS or communications features for unsolicited marketing without consent
7. Third-party integrations
WooCommerce, payment gateways, SMS providers, and other integrations are subject to their own terms. You are responsible for configuring integrations correctly and maintaining valid credentials.
StokUp is not liable for outages, data loss, or charges caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StokUp disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement.
Upon termination, you may export your data within the retention window described in our Data Security policy before account deletion.
