Settings & billing

Business profile, modules, appearance, plans, and payment gateway.

System settings control how your business appears and behaves across POS, storefront, reports, and integrations. Most changes take effect immediately — no restart required.

View your current plan, usage limits, and invoices under Settings → Billing. Upgrade from Settings → Upgrade or the public pricing page. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

Payment gateway setup

  1. 1Open Settings → Payment gateway.
  2. 2Select your provider (Paystack, Flutterwave, or Stripe).
  3. 3Paste public and secret keys from your provider dashboard.
  4. 4Enable test mode first — place a test order on your storefront.
  5. 5Switch to live keys when ready for real payments.

Upload your logo under Business settings — it appears on receipts, the storefront header, and SMS templates automatically.

Module toggles let you simplify the sidebar for small teams. Disabled modules hide navigation but preserve existing data.
